This Privacy Policy describes how MTIT Solutions Corp (“MTIT”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) collects, uses, and protects information when you use the MTIT ACH Payment Bridge platform and related services.
1. Who We Are
MTIT Solutions Corp is a software company that provides payment infrastructure services for e-commerce merchants. Our product MTIT ACH Payment Bridge enables Shopify merchants to accept ACH bank payments through Stripe Financial Connections.

2. Information We Collect
- Payment session data: order IDs, amounts, transaction status from Shopify.
- Stripe payment references: PaymentIntent IDs and tokenized payment method IDs only.
- Bank account ownership details (holder name) via Stripe Financial Connections.
- Email address for payment status notifications.
- Audit logs: timestamps and payment status transitions.
3. What We Do NOT Store
We never store raw bank account numbers or routing numbers. All bank data is tokenized by Stripe before reaching our platform.
4. How We Use Financial Connections Data
Stripe Financial Connections is used solely to obtain a tokenized bank account reference to process an authorized ACH payment, and to retrieve the account holder name for checkout confirmation. This data is never used for marketing, profiling, or credit assessment.
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell or share personal data with third parties, except:
- Stripe — payment processor. See stripe.com/privacy.
- The Shopify merchant — receives order/payment status to fulfill your order.
- Legal requirements — if required by law.
6. Security
- HTTPS on all data in transit.
- All bank references tokenized via Stripe — no raw financial data stored.
- HMAC signature verification on all Stripe webhook communications.
- Audit logging on all payment data access.
